Who are we?

ODL is an independent Company with extensive experience across all economic sectors.  Founded by its two principals in 1989, its consultancy activities have expanded through the establishment of a reputation for high quality, real world output.  The consultancy team believes that there is no substitute for close contact with organizations in order to ensure that solutions reflect the experience of practising managers and staff in active organizations.

History

During the life of the Company the two principals have also employed many staff and directed a group of Companies offering a range of services.  This experience has paid dividends for the team and our clients since we can relate closely to organizational issues from personal experience as well as from experience gained during work with clients. More recently the Company entered a new era that has enabled the team to achieve total focus on client projects and this has been of clear benefit to our clients.  Our particular strengths lie in our specialism in the area of interfaces between organizations and their customers.
